
Dress for comfort
Go for loose, breathable clothes, so you can totally relax. Yoga pants with a soft cotton t-shirt will do, or comfy lounge pants with fluffy socks.
Bring an Intention
Before each session, set an intention for yourself. What do you want to achieve by attending the session?


Your water bottle
Staying hydrated is important, and as with any treatment, sound baths
A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, cushion, bolster, eye mask, fuzzy socks: Anything that makes you feel comfortable while enjoying the sound bath, will contribute to a great session and for your feeling of calmness, and relaxation. Blankets will keep you warm, and eye mask may help you go deep into meditation.
