
Turn off your phone
Nothing takes us from a deep meditation like phone going off. Don’t be that person. Put your phone on silent & do not disturb, or even better, turn it off.
If you snore
Snoring means you are relaxed, but is the person next to you? If you catch yourself snoring, it may help if you turn onto your side.


Clear your mind
Sound Baths are meditation. Listen to the sounds, feel them and follow them. Don’t think about your to do list, your tasks tomorrow. Try stay awake, your brain will reach delta brainwaves, which will have more benefits that falling asleep.
Stay with your feelings and thoughts
During a sound bath you are encouraged to drop into meditative brain waves, like delta, theta and even gamme. Deep meditations can bring up stuff that needs to be healed and released, as well as bring you into bliss. If this happens, don’t fight or fidget, simply feel your way through it. This can help healing on a spiritual and emotional level.


Eat Well, Sleep Well
Sound baths encourage healthy sleep; so after the experience, try not to have a heavy meal, before you take advantage of the brain waves you accessed and get some Z’s.
